What should I expect from my New Patient Appointment?

  • This first visit will take about an hour.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can complete your file

  • Bring a valid ID

  • Any other medical information you would like the doctor to have copies of.

    • This may include MRI reports, previous X-rays, or blood analysis.

Where in the Northsight Plaza are you located?

We’re located at the intersection of E. Raintree and N. Northsight Blvd on the northeast corner. We are the next door north to EoS Fitness in the Northsight Plaza in suite 117.

What should I wear?

Please dress as comfortable as you can be for your new patient appointment. Athletic or lose and comfortable attire is best. This would also include access to the injured or problem area we will be addressing during treatment. We want you to feel as relaxed as possible throughout your experience with us.
